The importance of Fitness!
There are three principal things that make fitness really important. First, fitness helps us to be in an excellent condition, we are healthy physically and mentally and we are protected from different illnesses. Second, we have a good shape that makes us feel confortable, we have a better selfsteem and a great appreciation of our bodies, we can feel attractive and happy. Third, to have a good fitness helps us to understand what we really are and what capable we are to do incredibly things, we feel brave and strong and we develop the desire to reach higher goals. and for you why fitness is important?
